sWhat You Bring

• :10+ years senior-level experience in Benefits & Compensation (Benefits expertise is critical
• )Deep ERISA, compliance, and multi-state/multi-unit knowledg
• eHands-on experience with major HCM platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle, Dayforce, etc.
• )Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) + CBP or similar certification preferre
• dStrong Excel/Office Suite skills, exceptional communication, and a collaborative, empathetic approac
