This is a foundational people role, not a back-office HR position.
As Recruiting Coordinator / People Ops, you’ll own the execution layer of hiring and people operations — making sure candidates move fast, interview loops run cleanly, and employees have a smooth, professional experience from day one.
You are the person who makes sure:
You’ll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and ops to keep the company running at startup speed.
✅ 1–4 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, People Ops, or HR Operations
✅ Strong organizational skills — nothing slips through the cracks
✅ Excellent communication and follow-up instincts
✅ Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
✅ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
✅ Bias toward action — you fix problems instead of escalating them
✨ Startup or high-growth company experience

Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.)
📈 Experience supporting multi-role hiring at once
