If you're excited by the thrill of finding the perfect hard to find candidates in Engineering, Environmental & Technology space - we have the position for you!


You as a Lead Recruiter will need to be our "Direct Hire" or "Contract to Hire" maestro. Reqs come in and they start moving forward - under your watch.


You will set the strategy and also assist is execution, while building a team to help it scale.


Typical duties include:

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future positions
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process as well as assisting with onboarding.
  • Own the outcome of delivering candidates to our clients and help them make the right decision


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability in the staffing industry, specifically with direct hire experience. Big plus if you have experience with AEC, and/or IT/Tech staffing!
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Don't be afraid to pick up the phone and make the dials you need
  • Don't be afraid to work the hours you need to deliver the outcome for our clients


Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated direct hire / executive recruiting experience ; please be prepared to include gross profit generation amounts, etc.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $70-80,000 base per year, potentially higher D.O.E. plus commission and bonuses
