As part of our continued focus on Wealth Management, Schwab Advisor Services has newly established a dedicated Ultra High Net Worth(UHNW) offering—ahighly visible, strategic initiative across senior and executive leadership. This offering is designed to help RIAs confidently serve their most sophisticated clients through differentiated solutions,expertise, and support.

As Senior Team Manager of the Schwab Advisor Services UHNW Ambassador team, you'll step into a true player-coach role. You'll lead and develop a team of five to ten highly capable professionals while also managing your own book of advisor relationships. Your work will combine people leadership, consultative partnership, and wealth management expertise— allowing you to expand advisor impact while shaping the future of Schwab's UHNW offering. Key Outcomes & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a highperforming, inclusive UHNW Ambassador team, setting clear expectations,coaching forresults, and fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Serve as a player-coach to RIAs serving UHNW clients, managing your own advisor relationships while guiding team members through complex, consultative engagements.
  • Advocate for advisors and their UHNW clients, proactivelyidentifyingopportunities and helping RIAs navigate Schwab’s premium benefits, solutions, and services.
  • Deliver discoveryled, consultative partnership, using deep listening and wealthmanagementexpertiseto uncover advisor needs and tailor solutions across investment management, planning, lending, and concierge services.
  • Drivestrategicgrowth of Schwab’s UHNW offering, strengthening advisor relationships, identifying new opportunities, and clearly articulating Schwab’s differentiated value within the RIA community.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degreeorequivalent professional experiencedemonstratingthe skills required for this role.
  • Active & valid FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensesrequired.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success in coaching towards performance and developing talent using inclusive leadership practices to build high performing, engaged teams.
  • 7+ years of financial service experience, with deep understanding of the financial services landscape, including 2+ years of experience supporting RIAs and/or UHNW clients.
  • Energetic, solution-oriented mindset with a skillset of attracting,retaining, and growing relationships with RIAs who serve sophisticated UHNW clients.
  • Exceptional ability to uncover and address complex client needs,leveragingstrong consultative skills and a deep understanding of the wealth management & UHNW landscape.
  • Expertisein communicating the distinctive value and solutions available through Schwab for the RIA model, empowering Advisors to better serve their clients and achieve growth.
  • Proven success driving outcomes such as client satisfaction, asset growth, and solution adoption through disciplined execution and relationship stewardship.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and navigate complex conversations with advisors, UHNW clients, direct reports, and internal partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional designations or advanced education such as CFP®, CFA®, MBA, CHFC®, or CPWA®, demonstrating continued development in wealth management or financial planning.
  • Experience applying knowledge of the RIA / Wealth Management landscape (operations, advisor technology, practice management, compliance, fee models) to client recommendations.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
