We are seeking a Senior Talent Specialist with proven University Relations & Recruiting (UR&R) experience to join our Early Careers team. In this role, you will serve as a key talent partner across the business, working closely with and reporting to the Senior Manager, Early Careers, to design and execute high-impact campus recruitment strategies. This role is hands-on, campus-facing, and requires deep expertise in building and sustaining long-term university partnerships that deliver strong pipelines of high-caliber early talent.

Compensation
$90,000 – $120,000 plus annual incentive plan, with salary aligned to cost-of-living expectations.
Start Date
May 2026.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $90,000.00–$120,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
