Senior Talent Partner
Employment Type: Full-time / Exempt
myTOD is a Talent Acquisition company on a mission to reinvent traditional hiring by placing people on purpose via an innovative monthly subscription model. We offer our recruiters the opportunity to establish purposeful partnerships with clients, allowing you to act as a genuine advisor and strategist – a Talent Partner. Our approach is rooted in unwavering commitment and excellent customer service, rather than commission based incentives that often leave you playing the odds in hopes of getting lucky with candidates. Our focus is on meticulous understanding of client needs and those of the talent, disrupting the hiring process in a meaningful way.
We believe in embedding our people among customers to truly understand their values. Only by living and breathing their culture can we then be qualified to hire talents fit for that culture.
When it comes to our internal culture, we take an active role in hiring and onboarding our people, so that we can lay the foundations for success for all. We treat resumes as only the beginning of a relationship, a window to a candidate’s skills. We believe that there is even more value in employing a human approach to understanding your ambitions and values. We prioritize your long-term personal and professional development, providing benefits like monthly flex mental health days, dedicating 5% of our work week to development, and offering non-traditional career opportunities in a startup environment.
Not to mention, we are committed to supporting one disadvantaged teenager for every candidate we hire into a client. We believe that every person has a talent but know that some individuals do not have the start in life to maximize on this talent. For that reason, we invest in the communities in which we serve to fuel our business communities’ future success.
Don’t settle! Work with an organization committed to empowering people to maximize their potential in business and beyond.
