Supply Chain Planner (Sourcing Manager III)
📍 Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite – 5 days/week)
📅 Duration: 10-month contract
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Planner to support supply planning, purchase order management, and inventory execution across multiple sales channels. This role is highly cross-functional and focuses on ensuring product availability, maintaining system accuracy, and proactively resolving supply issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and business goals
- Manage and track open purchase orders (POs) to ensure on-time delivery
- Identify and resolve supply risks, shortages, and excess inventory
- Partner with Demand Planning, Logistics, Allocation, and Sales teams
- Maintain data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems
- Monitor and report key KPIs such as:
- On-Time Delivery (OTD)
- Weeks of Supply
- Investigate and resolve PO/ASN and shipment-related issues
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory planning, or purchasing
- Hands-on experience with purchase order management and supply execution
- Strong understanding of S&OP and supply chain processes
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups; macros/VBA preferred)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supply planning and procurement functions
- Exposure to vendor coordination and logistics processes
- Experience with MRP tools such as o9 Solutions
Technology Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems
