My Client are part of a Global Group of companies operating in the Audio sector containing some of the most prestigious brands in the business. They design and manufacture professional audio equipment that has been used on the sets of Oscar-winning Hollywood sets. Equipment is ruggedized to be able to withstand some of the harshest environments on the planet.

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to take responsibility for:

• Leading production and demand planning across multiple facilities, maintaining a dynamic 3-month build plan aligned to sales performance, supply constraints, and capacity.
• Owning and continuously improving BOM accuracy and planning parameters (e.g. safety stock, lead times), ensuring efficient and reliable production planning.
• Monitoring forecasts and inventory trends, proactively identifying risks, resolving excess stock, and driving lean inventory management.
• Acting as a key cross-functional partner, collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Purchasing to manage disruptions, support new product introductions, and deliver on customer demand.
• Overseeing the ERP system transition, ensuring data integrity, operational continuity, and effective coordination across teams.

The background we're looking for includes:

• 5+ years’ experience in production/material planning with strong MRP expertise in a manufacturing environment.
• Working with complex BOMs, ideally involving electronic components.
• Analytical problem-solver, able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Clear communicator, effectively engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems
