he Mandate
You will own and evolve a modern, connected planning ecosystem—aligning demand, supply, and financial objectives through advanced technologies and integrated platforms. This includes:
- Leading enterprise-wide planning transformation, from demand sensing through multi-echelon supply planning and factory start optimization
- Architecting and scaling next-gen planning platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder or equivalent) to enable real-time, data-driven decisions
- Driving demand generation alignment with supply capabilities—ensuring planning is a strategic lever for growth, not just execution
- Embedding advanced analytic, AI/ML, and automation into core planning processes
- Establishing end-to-end planning visibility across global operations, manufacturing, and executive leadership
- Translating complex data into actionable insights that influence both operational execution and long-term strategy

What You Bring
- Proven leadership delivering end-to-end enterprise planning solutions (demand forecasting, supply planning, capacity planning, inventory optimization) in complex manufacturing environments
- Deep experience with modern planning platforms such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9, or similar
- Strong command of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and integrated business planning frameworks
- Ability to bridge technical architecture and business strategy, influencing both IT and operations stakeholders
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, including large-scale data interpretation and scenario modeling
- Track record of leading transformation initiatives, driving adoption, and scaling capabilities across global teams
