Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering a seamless, elevated client experience
- Drive sales performance through client development, outreach, and wardrobing
- Support daily operations while maintaining impeccable visual and service standards
- Act as a leader on the floor—motivating, guiding, and supporting the team
- Oversee and contribute to client outreach, in-store events, and community-building initiatives
- Collaborate on social media content and marketing efforts to drive engagement
- Uphold company standards, ensuring consistency across all aspects of the client experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in women’s luxury retail or a client-focused environment
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow a loyal client book
- Strong leadership presence with sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional, unparalleled client experience
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability
- Weekend availability required
