Description
Minimum qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Finance, Airport Operation, Project Management or a related area, with a strong focus on process optimization and technology integration
- Up to 10% domestic travel as needed
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecast, and conduct variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for manipulating large datasets and generating actionable insights
- Expertise in using presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) to visually communicate complex data and strategies to leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead project meetings, proactively manage risks, and ensure active stakeholder engagement and alignment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Financial Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of scheduling systems and the ability to partner with Technology teams to drive system improvements
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of Airport Operations / Aviation Industry
- Basic SQL or Advanced Data Visualization Skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

About the job:This role serves as a vital operational, financial, and strategic partner to the Global Operations Learning department, driving the efficiency and fiscal responsibility of critical training programs across the organization. The primary objective is to manage the end-to-end financial health of the training portfolio while simultaneously supporting high-impact work focused on optimizing efficiency within training operations.
The individual will leverage expertise in technology acumen, process improvement, and project management to implement systemic enhancements across system-wide instructor scheduling and other strategic initiatives. This function is key to scaling training capabilities, maximizing the return on investment in operational knowledge delivery, and positioning the department for long-term strategic growth.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:- Support the execution of strategic optimization and innovation projects designed to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the Global Operations Learning team
- Support the execution of the centralized process to plan and schedule airport instructors across the system
- Manage the full financial life cycle for the training portfolio, not limited to forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting to ensure fiscal health and responsible investment
The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
