Senior Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to play a key role in a large‑scale ERP and HCM transformation, including the migration from a legacy platform to Oracle Fusion. This highly visible role will lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑wide architectural solutions that align technology strategy with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, translating complex business requirements into scalable, integrated system designs while partnering closely with stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure, compliant, and future‑ready solutions.

• Enterprise, Solution, and Integration Architecture expertise
• Oracle Fusion (ERP / HCM)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• API and integration architecture
• Data architecture and data governance
• 6+ years of experience with HCM or ERP migrations to Oracle Fusion
• Proven experience with enterprise and integration architecture
• Hands‑on experience with testing, release, and change management strategies
• Strong background in data architecture and governance, including establishing governance models
• Ability to travel up to 20% for key meetings, training, and conferences

• Design and implement complex architectural solutions that align technology with business strategy
• Lead the development of enterprise systems and applications, ensuring scalability, security, and integration across platforms
• Translate business requirements into detailed system, application, and process designs for large, complex IT initiatives
• Lead and support large‑scale, project‑based initiatives, occasionally working onsite with stakeholders
• Provide architectural leadership across ERP and HCM transformation efforts
• Oversee vendor evaluation, selection, and management
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations on design best practices and risk mitigation
• Serve as a Senior architecture subject matter expert and trusted advisor to leadership
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards
• Provide guidance on complex technical challenges and mentor technical team members
• Act as a technical lead when required and support cross‑functional collaboration
• Perform other duties as assigned

This is a Permanent position based out of Overland Park, KS.

The pay range for this position is $180000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
