As a Senior Solutions Architect - Forward Deployed Engineer in our Data & AI Division, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of Agentic AI solutions - rapidly designing, coding, and deploying production‑grade AI agents in real customer environments, and feeding those learnings back into the Amdocs core platform.
What will your job look like?
- Own the full technical mission — from customer discovery and problem framing through production deployment
- Design, code, and deploy production‑grade GenAI agents and MVPs in short execution cycles
- Work hands‑on with LLMs, agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and enterprise data systems
- Integrate GenAI solutions into large‑scale, real‑world enterprise platforms and workflows
- Act as the bridge between field deployments and core R&D, driving reuse and productization of successful patterns
- Collaborate as part of a global Forward Deployed Engineering team operating across Israel, India, and the United States
All you need is…
- 10+ years of hands‑on software solution architecture experience
- Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI systems and complex enterprise-scale system integration
- Ability to work directly with customers and translate business problems into technical solutions
- Strong active coding skills in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
- Proven ability to deliver working production systems under tight timelines
- Comfort operating with high autonomy, ambiguity, and evolving requirements
- Ability to work directly with customers and translate business problems into technical solutions
- Background in client-facing ML/AI roles spanning R&D, architecture, product, delivery, and integration is an advantage
- Bachelor's or master’s in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor any work authorization now or in the future for this position
