For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600 - $176,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help maintain and evolve our existing PCIS (Project Costs Information System) platform, which supports complex cost control, finance, and construction-related workflows. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys working across frontend, backend, data, and Azure infrastructure—and who is motivated by solving real-world business problems through high-impact software.
In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and third-party contractors, acting as a primary system architect and technical lead for the PCIS platform.
What will you do:
Monitor and optimize application performance and reliability using Azure Application Insights and related telemetry tools.
Implement processes and system insights that improve debugging, performance tuning, and long-term platform stability.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, documentation standards, and overall code quality.
Support additional tools owned by the broader team outside of PCIS as business needs require.
