Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and operate enterprise‑scale solutions on Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power Pages, extensibility, security, and integration. You will deliver secure, scalable, and highly usable business applications that power mission‑critical business processes across Microsoft and its customers.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and operate enterprise solutions on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Build and extend Power Pages–based experiences, including portals, custom components, and secure external‑facing applications
  • Develop pro‑code extensions using Dataverse, plugins, custom APIs, and integrations with Azure services
  • Implement security, identity, and governance using Dataverse security model, DLP policies, and role‑based access control
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, APIs, and downstream enterprise systems
  • Drive engineering excellence through design reviews, code reviews, testing, automation, and live‑site ownership
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across the Power Platform ecosystem


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including:
  • Power Pages (formerly Power Apps portals)
  • Microsoft Dataverse
  • Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience building custom extensions (plugins, custom connectors, APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET)
  • Solid understanding of Power Platform security and governance, including Dataverse security roles and DLP policies
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services and REST‑based APIs
  • Strong engineering fundamentals (data modeling, APIs, system design, performance, reliability)
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent
  • Experience with CI/CD, ALM, and production operations for Power Platform solutions


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building external‑facing portals and large‑scale business applications using Power Pages
  • Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, solution packaging, and environment strategies
  • Experience with Copilot and AI features in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
  • Knowledge of enterprise compliance, accessibility, and security standards
  • Demonstrated mentoring or technical leadership experience


Compensation / Salary Range: The typical pay range for this role is: USD $110,000/Yearly - $120,000/Yearly. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
