The role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own meaningful pieces of the Reap platform, from the interfaces operators touch every day to the backend systems that do the heavy lifting.

This is a hands-on building role, not a manage-from-a-distance one. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with our founders and product team, turn ambitious ideas into production software, and help set the technical direction of the platform as we scale. You'll ship quickly, own what you build all the way through to adoption, and have real influence over how engineering works here.

You'll help define how engineering works at Reap as we grow, and as the company grows, there's real room to grow with it.

What you'll do

• Own features end to end, from intuitive interfaces to robust backend systems.
• Work closely with founders and product to turn real-world problems into production-ready tools.
• Help define our technical direction, architecture, and engineering culture.
• Build, test, and ship fast using modern frameworks and solid engineering practices.
• Contribute to a culture of ownership, craft, and high performance.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience building production web applications.
• Strong command of TypeScript, Next.js, Express.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Tailwind.
• A passion for simplicity, speed, and maintainable code.
• A builder's mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, focused on results, and motivated by progress.
• Comfortable getting deep into a domain. You enjoy understanding how a complex workflow actually works before deciding what to build.
• Based in South Florida and excited to work on-site with the core team.
