Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Security Engineer to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role is an exciting opportunity to support a gaming studio Cyber Squad organization responsible for enterprise security operations, identity governance, and cloud security initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience in security technologies, strong operational judgment, and the ability to lead security outcomes in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead identity and access management operations including onboarding/offboarding, RBAC administration, access reviews, privileged access workflows, and enforcement of MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management controls.
- Manage security operations functions including alert triage, incident response coordination, escalation management, and remediation of security events across cloud and endpoint environments.
- Improve Azure tenant security posture through hardening initiatives, governance controls, vulnerability management, patch remediation, and compliance-focused security practices.
- Build and enhance automation, scripting, and operational tooling while maintaining strong documentation, ticketing discipline, and audit-ready evidence for security activities.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud security, administration, or engineering.
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID including RBAC models, access reviews, and privileged identity workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of identity security capabilities including MFA, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management.
- Proven experience in security engineering across one or more areas including IAM, cloud security, incident response, security operations, or governance/risk/compliance.
- Experience with vulnerability management, patch remediation, and security posture improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain risk and partner with engineering and production teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field highly preferred.
