The Position
We have an excellent opportunity for an accomplished mid- to senior-level SDET with a proven track record of contributing to established high-performing Scrum teams in a fast-paced, collegial environment characterized by mutual support and shared achievement.

The selection process will include a coding test, a code walkthrough based on the results of this, and other conversations to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
Job Accountabilities / Detailed Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the ability to be an efficient and autonomous learner with respect to business applications and their enhancements and integrations, as well as adopted technologies
- Demonstrate a very high degree of familiarity with and proficiency in current QA practices
- Demonstrate the ability to organize and assess information to ensure alignment with company, Scrum and QA team goals, as well as formulate problem statements conducive to verifiable resolution
- Drive quality improvement under the guidance of a team lead and QA manager
- Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills, including the ability to: listen sympathetically and attentively to the concerns and suggestions of others, and to present analyses, assessments and recommendations in a clear, succinct and respectful manner
Education, Skills & Competencies:
- High degree of proficiency in using Playwright/JavaScript/TypeScript for UI, API and database testing (incorporating mocking, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of good OOP practices (SOLID, DRY, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, scalable, maintainable code of moderate to high complexity within a sprint (addressing test parallelization, flaky-test triage, etc.)
- High degree of familiarity with Azure pipelines, Git, CI/CD workflows
- High degree of familiarity with Scrum practices/ceremonies/tools (DevOps, Jira, Trello, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in performance testing (Artillery, JMeter, K6, Locust, etc.) is preferred
- Demonstrated success in implementing/working with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) is preferred
- Demonstrated success in working with risk-based, automation-first development environment is preferred
