Position: Senior SAP Solution Architect (Logistics and TMS)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP Solution Architect (Logistics and TMS) with 15+ years of experience to lead architecture and delivery of large-scale, high‑value global logistics, and transportation, transformation programs.
The role requires deep, hands‑on expertise across SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution (LE‑TRA), Material Management (MM), ARIBA SCC, EDI and IG guide configuration, 3PL and 4PL logistics, Sales & Distribution (SD – Secondary Skill), and enterprise Transportation Management Systems (TMS). The architect will be accountable for end‑to‑end solution design, ensuring seamless integration between order management, procurement, inventory, transportation execution, billing, and financial settlement.
Scope of Responsibilities
End‑to‑End Solution Architecture
- Own the overall SAP logistics and transportation solution architecture spanning:
- SAP MM (Procurement, Inventory Management, STOs)
- SAP LE‑TRA (Shipment creation, execution, freight settlement)
- SAP S/4HANA SD (Order‑to‑Cash, Secondary Skill)
- Enterprise Transportation Management System (any leading TMS software- SAP TMS, BY TMS, Oracle TMS)
- Design future‑state architectures that ensure seamless flow from:
- Customer order to delivery and final shipment to customer
- Procurement and internal stock movements
- Delivery, shipment, carrier execution
- Billing, freight settlement, and financial posting
- Define clear functional and system boundaries between SAP modules, boundary applications, and TMS to avoid duplication, ensure clean ownership, and simplify operations.
Procurement, Inventory & MM Integration
- Design MM and Inventory Management integrations with LE and TMS, including:
- Procurement flows and inbound logistics
- Stock transfers (STO) and intercompany movements
- Inventory visibility across plants, storage locations, and distribution centers
- Customer order and STO to outbound logistics, shipment
- Ensure clean linkage between MM, WM/EWM (where applicable), LE‑TRA, and TMS.
- Support network and inventory optimization initiatives across hubs, 3PL, 4PL, DCs, and consolidation centers.
