Emergys is looking for a strong Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with Service Management module experience focuses on developing, customizing, and supporting SAP Service modules (like SAP SM or CRM Service) using ABAP/OO ABAP to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include debugging custom solutions, handling incident management via tools like ServiceNow, and developing enhancements for service orders and notifications.
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain custom ABAP code (reports, enhancements, user exits,) for Service Management modules.
- Troubleshoot and fix issues in production environments, specifically within SAP SD/SM modules.
- Configure and enhance service processing, including service orders, contracts, and notifications.
- Ensure seamless integration with other modules (e.g., SD, MM) and conduct Unit Testing (UT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create technical specifications, documentation for fixes, and functional procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong skills in ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP, and debugging standard SAP programs.
- Familiarity with SAP CRM Service or ECC Service Management (SM) processes.
- Experience with ITIL processes, ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), and level 3 support.
- Excellent communication, customer interaction skills is a must.
