Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Consultant

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Consultant to support Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Field Inventory Management, and SAP integration.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can bridge business requirements with technical
Implementation, work closely with stakeholders across sales operations, supply chain, and IT, and drive end-to- end solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for Salesforce Sales Cloud and
- Field Inventory Management modules
- Serve as the primary BSA liaison between business stakeholders (Sales Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance) and the technical delivery team
- Design and document integration flows between Salesforce and SAP (order management, inventory
- Sync, pricing, product master data)
- Develop detailed user stories, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process
- Documentation.
- Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud features including opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, territory management, and reporting
- Support Field Inventory Management setup — consignment tracking, field stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation within Salesforce
- Drive UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage with business users
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend Salesforce best practices aligned with medical device industry standards
- Coordinate with Salesforce developers and architects on custom solutions, Apex triggers, Flows, and
- Lightning components as needed
- Support change management, training documentation, and go-live readiness activities
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce BSA / Consultant experience with at least 3 years at a senior level
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud — configuration, customization, and
- Optimization.
- Proven experience with Field Inventory Management within Salesforce (or equivalent field service/inventory modules)
- Strong experience designing and documenting Salesforce-to-SAP integrations (middleware like
- Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica a plus)
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification (required); Platform App Builder or
- Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred)
- Experience working in medical devices, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to director/VP-level business
- Leaders.
- Strong documentation skills — BRDs, FRDs, data dictionaries, integration specs.
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Veeva CRM, or other life sciences Salesforce extensions
• Familiarity with FDA/GxP compliance requirements impacting system design.
• Prior experience at a medical device OEM (Medtronic, Stryker, Boston Scientific, etc.)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery in enterprise Salesforce programs.
• Knowledge of SAP MM/SD modules and how they interact with Salesforce order-to-cash flows.
