Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Representative with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting revenue targets, and providing expert guidance to clients on our wide range of window and door products. The role includes prospecting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts. The individual will collaborate with the team to create tailored solutions that meet clients' needs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This roll is commission based with an aggressive pay structure that's near best in the industry.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales, account management, and client relationship building
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify customer needs and create customized product solutions
  • Experience in the window and door industry, or construction/materials sales, is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
  • Capability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work responsibilities
