About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Executive to own pipeline generation and deal closure for Eximius across the North America market. You’ll drive outbound prospecting, convert inbound leads, run consultative discovery with HR and TA leaders, and close deals positioned against measurable hiring outcomes. This is a full-cycle role, you generate your own pipeline, run your own demos, and close your own deals.


What You’ll Do

Build Pipeline Through Outbound and Inbound

  • Drive daily outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities with HR Directors, TA Heads, and Recruiting Operations leaders.
  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and content.
  • Maintain consistent pipeline coverage that supports quota attainment


Run Consultative Discovery

  • Lead discovery conversations with HR, TA, and Recruiting Operations leaders to uncover screening effort, hiring delays, and recruiter capacity gaps.
  • Map the buyer’s current workflow, job boards, ATS, manual resume review, and identify where Eximius eliminates steps.


Sell Business Outcomes

  • Position Eximius around measurable results: reduced time-to-shortlist, lower manual screening effort, higher recruiter productivity, and scaling hiring without adding headcount.
  • Handle objections specific to AI in recruitment - accuracy, bias, recruiter adoption, and integration with existing ATS/HRIS systems.
  • Build ROI-driven business cases for budget holders.


Own the Sales Cycle

  • Deliver tailored product demos aligned to customer pain points
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and closing
  • Forecast accurately and hit revenue targets


What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 3-8 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, ideally selling HR Tech, recruiting software, or productivity/automation platforms
  • Track record of outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and social channels, not just inbound lead processing
  • Experience in discovery-led, consultative selling
  • Proven closing skills against quota, with documented attainment
  • Comfortable selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations teams
  • Ability to navigate buyer skepticism around AI, recruiters and TA leaders may see automation as a threat to their teams, and you need to sell the value without triggering resistance


Preferred

  • Background in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or HR Technology - either as a practitioner who moved into sales, or as a rep who has sold into these buyers
  • Experience selling AI or automation products to non-technical decision-makers
  • Familiarity with the North America enterprise hiring teams, mid to small sized companies and startups
