Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Analyst to join our team, with a strong background in Blue Prism, Power Automate, Power Bi, Alteryx, MS Access and a minimum of 5 years of experience in analysing and improving business processes using automation and digital solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and developing and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism, Power Automate, Power Bi and Alteryx. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus
Responsible and accountable for leading and driving process automations as part of the global continuous improvement program across the Retirement Solutions business operations.
Identify and evaluate potential business process improvements as part of overall strategy with a view to enhance productivity and profitability.
Operational Management
Oversee and manage the program of work as defined to ensure the efficiencies are successfully deployed into production and meet operational readiness requirements.
Compile briefing information for the support of effectively running steering committees, working groups etc.
Identify and manage risks and dependencies and effectively manage these across internal departments as necessary.
Continuous improvement focus, with the ability to identify risk, cost efficiencies and business improvements.
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation using Blue Prism and Power Automate.
Identify and redesign critical business processes to support exponential growth.
Develop and maintain automation solutions to automate business processes and workflows.
Develop and implement a project schedule to meet project objectives within an agreed time frame.
Develop and maintain documentation of automation solutions, including process flows, testing procedures, and deployment instructions.
Analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy.
Automated Process Description - SDD (Solution Design Document).
Conduct RPA High Level Assessments.
Develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility.
Provide outputs for weekly due diligence updates with the client.
Ongoing monitor of benefits realized as part of the delivery's and recommend optimizations to improve automation efficiencies.
People Leadership
Maintain strong communication and liaison with key internal stakeholders (both Business and IT) to facilitate productive working relationships.
Build strong relationships and actively collaborate across functions to support the achievement of objectives.
Liaise with business executives and stakeholders to evaluate overall performance against targets and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate across project team members and supporting activities such as test planning and working on UAT with the client.
Work with teams in the identification of the business requirements, functional design, process design (including the scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
Work with the client for requirement gathering & create requirement specification documents.
Work closely with development team to ensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development.
Governance & Risk
Identify risks at the earliest opportunity and implement mitigation strategies and appropriate solutions in line with a change control process.
Define performance measures that will determine the effectiveness of implemented strategies and identify areas for strategic improvement.
Implementing effective governance for project tracking and reporting to ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage, tracking reports and financial information.
Gain agreement to and monitoring of project schedules.
Ensure change control mechanisms are put in place to manage project schedules.
Prompt identification of issues, potential red flags and problem solving to protect project schedules and budgets.

Minimum 5 years of experience in analysing and improving business processes using automation solutions.
Certification in Blue Prism and Power Automate.
Strong understanding of Blue Prism and Power Automate and experience in developing automation solutions using these platforms.
A track record in and/or proven ability to work on the delivery of programs of works.
Experience working on BP7 and knowledge of a platform upgrade will be beneficial.
Proven experience of successfully delivering high quality solutions in high pressure, structured environments using standard project management techniques and disciplines.
Experience in designing and developing automation solutions to automate business processes and workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
The overall experience of 6-10 years in business analysis and project management with minimum 4-6 years in RPA domain.
Experience of Requirements Capturing to support a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation.
Proven exposure to User Acceptance Test Management.
Proven ability within Business Process Documentation Re-Design.
Attention to detail & have demonstrated capability problem solved & creating enhancement of business process.
Acting as a central point of knowledge & control for business processes, communicated with the developers & subject matter experts & business process owners to resolve any queries that arise during development & testing.
Experience with cloud-based automation platforms such as Azure.
Knowledge of DevOps practices.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
Strong background in project management lifecycle, consulting, and cross-group collaboration.
Strong understanding of agile metrics and processes.
