Senior Revit Designer – Newton, MA (Hybrid Opportunity)
A growing national design firm focused on hospitality and foodservice environments is expanding its Northeast team and looking to add a Senior Revit Designer. Location & Compensation:
- Newton, MA (Hybrid after onboarding period)
- Salary: $90,000 – $115,000

What You’ll Do:
- Develop high-quality, accurate technical drawings using Revit aligned with company standards
- Support Project Managers across multiple active projects while taking ownership of key design components
- Manage drawing sets, revisions, and overall project documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with clients as a technical design resource
- Contribute to improving workflows, design systems, and department processes
- Assist in business development efforts by providing technical design input when needed
- Participate in a highly collaborative team environment with strong culture and autonomy
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience in hospitality, foodservice, or commercial kitchen design
- 2+ years of hands-on Revit experience (daily production use)
- Background in architecture or a related design field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce highly accurate drawings
- Experience managing multiple projects or priorities at once
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and stakeholders
- Experience interacting with clients, architects, or owners is highly valued
