This position requires proven business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation experience within agency recruitment or executive search. It is not a delivery-only, candidate-side, internal recruiting, sourcing, or account management position.

As part of our continued U.S. growth, we are looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to join our Houston office and build a specialist market within one of the most lucrative sectors in recruitment.

What Success Looks Like
• Winning new client relationships through proactive business development
• Building and growing a specialist market within construction or real estate
• Generating recruitment revenue and expanding existing accounts
• Managing executive search assignments from brief through placement
• Developing long-term relationships with senior industry stakeholders
• Becoming a recognised market expert within your niche
Key Responsibilities
• Running a full 360 recruitment desk
• New business development and client acquisition
• Market mapping and strategic outreach
• Negotiating terms, fees, and retained search agreements
• Managing the complete recruitment process from business development through placement
• Building a network of senior construction and real estate professionals
What We're Looking For
Required:
• Proven experience in agency recruitment or executive search
• Demonstrable track record of business development and client wins
• Experience generating recruitment fees and managing revenue targets
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and developing new business opportunities
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
Highly Desirable:
• Construction, engineering, real estate, finance, or professional services recruitment experience
• Experience managing a successful 360 desk
• History of consistent billing performance
