  • Salary Range: $70,000-90,000 base+ Up to 50% Personal Commission + LTIP

This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and increasing demand within a highly successful CFO and finance leadership practice.


The Senior Consultant / Principal will join an established and high-performing team focused on placing finance leaders into private equity-backed, venture-backed and growth-stage businesses. Working alongside proven market leaders, you will have the opportunity to develop deep client relationships, build a specialist network and play a key role in the continued growth of a market-leading practice. The Senior Consultant / Principal will gain exposure to board-level hiring mandates while benefiting from a business committed to long-term value creation and career progression.


Role Highlights

The Senior Consultant / Principal will:

– Partner with private equity-backed and investor-backed businesses on senior finance appointments

– Develop and grow a specialist network across CFO, VP Finance, FP&A and broader finance leadership communities

– Manage end-to-end executive search and recruitment assignments

– Build long-term relationships with clients, candidates and investment partners

– Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of a rapidly expanding practice


You Will Need

– A proven track record within recruitment, executive search or talent consulting

– Strong business development and client relationship management skills

– Experience delivering senior-level or specialist recruitment mandates

– Commercial awareness and the ability to operate in a consultative environment

– Ambition to build a market presence and develop into a senior leadership position
