We’re hiring a Senior Quality Engineer to join a growing, technology-driven manufacturer specializing in advanced electronic components used across a wide range of industries. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead quality initiatives focused on improving product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for internal and customer-related issues
• Oversee and enhance testing processes, including design validation and reliability testing
• Partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects
• Support engineering changes and ensure alignment with quality standards and specifications
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal quality systems

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
• 5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or process engineering
• Strong background in root cause analysis, failure analysis, and corrective actions
• Experience with reliability testing methods (HALT, HASS, DVT, etc.)
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals
• Experience with data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or similar)
• Exposure to CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus
