on:The Senior Project Reliability Engineer will be a technical pioneer and mentor for ensuring the long-term integrity and performance of critical assets within ALAM manufacturing facilities. In the high-stakes environment of semiconductor chemical production, equipment uptime and precision are essential to our success. This position will create alignment between maintenance, operations, and capital projects, applying advanced reliability methodologies to mitigate risk and optimize lifecycle costs. This global role reports to the Reliability Engineering Manager (based in US) covering all the sites of ALAM in US and APAC. Preferred locations for the role are US (Branchburg, New Jersey), South Korea (Hwaseong, Gyeonggi) or Taiwan (Taichun

Project Reliability Strategy & De

  • sign:Facilitate and guide Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions for new capital projects and existing high-criticality sys
  • tems.Evaluate equipment design & layouts during the design phase for accessibility and maintainability and provide recommended design changes for identified improvem
  • ents.Provide technical guidance to project teams in the identification of potential reliability concerns and design changes to improve all process reliabi
  • lity.Complete critical spare needs evaluations for new capital projects. Assist in quoting, procurement and tracking of critical sp
  • ares.Develop initial inspection, testing and maintenance plans, including frequencies and required tasks, for all assets in new capital proj
