Senior Project Manager

ICM Construction is continuing to grow in the Starkville market and is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead major commercial projects.

This role will begin with a $100M+ ground-up K-12 campus project, with the opportunity to expand into additional high-profile work and help build a long-term presence in the region.

This is a key leadership role focused on driving execution, building strong relationships, and bringing consistency to complex projects.

What you’ll do:

• Lead project execution from start to finish
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Lead and develop project teams

• 7–10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Proven ability to lead large, complex projects
• A steady, organized leader who brings accountability and follow-through
