Senior Project Manager

OVERVIEW:

The Senior Project Manager leads the operational strategy across assigned brands and projects. You operate as the central force behind how work gets done, owning the “how and when” to ensure seamless execution across teams and deliverables.

This role drives clarity, alignment, and momentum across complex work streams. By managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration, you enable teams to focus on delivering high-quality, impactful work while ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with business goals.

As a key partner to both internal teams and clients, you bring structure to complexity, anticipate challenges, and create the conditions for work to move forward efficiently and effectively.

This position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid work model, with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage entire brands and books of business across multiple projects and initiatives
• Lead project planning, including timelines, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery
• Partner closely with Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Development teams
• Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track
• Monitor brand and project performance, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Mentor and support project management team members
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably within an agency or healthcare/pharma environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or full books of business
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, resourcing)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Workfront, Asana, Jira, etc.)
• PMP certification a plus
