Senior Project Manager

My client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their growing construction team. This role provides overall leadership and administration for construction projects and serves as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships
• Ensure projects are delivered according to contract, design, schedule, budget, and safety requirements
• Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and scheduling updates
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, subcontractors, and field staff
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Enforce safety standards, company policies, and quality expectations
• Support estimating efforts and evaluate new project opportunities
• Represent the organization in business development and client-facing initiatives

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or construction preferred
• 3+ years of relevant field or project management experience
• Design‑build experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of estimating, project management, and construction practices
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HH2, PlanGrid, Procore, and Timberline/Sage a plus
