Senior Project Manager - Landscape Construction

Are you a seasoned construction leader ready to manage large-scale commercial landscape and site development projects across Southern California?

Your Background:

• Proven experience managing large commercial landscape projects of $1M+ from inception through completion, including site development.
• 4-year degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field. PMP, CCM, LEED, or SITES AP certifications a plus
• Track record of building trusted relationships with clients, GCs, architects, and subcontractors.

• Lead commercial landscape projects serving clients from Los Angeles County to the Central Coast.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, labor, subcontractors, quality, and client communications.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, resolve field issues, and maintain strong team performance.
