Senior Project Manager – Industrial/ Manufacturing Construction

Senior Project Manager opportunity overseeing large-scale Industrial and Manufacturing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, overseeing project financials, and driving overall project execution from start to finish.

Projects consist of large-scale ground up Industrial and Manufacturing construction projects typically exceeding $100M in value with a well-established general contractor offering a strong backlog and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project teams, schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and overall project financial performance
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
• Work closely with Superintendents, field teams, architects, engineers, and ownership groups throughout construction
• Lead owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, and internal project coordination efforts
• Support project safety, quality control, and schedule adherence
• Assist with buyout, permitting, contract administration, and risk management processes
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members
• Help resolve operational and field issues to maintain project progress and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a general contractor
• Experience leading large-scale ground up construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction operations, project financials, and client management
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple phases of construction simultaneously
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar software
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
