The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead projects across all phases from early planning through construction and closeout. This individual will act as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery aligned with budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closeout
- Provide strategic input on cost, quality, and contractor selection
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
- Review technical data and provide recommendations to clients
- Support estimating, bid reviews, and subcontractor evaluations
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience managing construction projects across multiple phases
- Strong background in heavy civil or infrastructure projects
- Experience working with public and/or private sector clients
- Ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
