A well-established and highly respected Design Build General Contractor in the Chicagoland market is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to support continued growth.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of projects across a diverse portfolio including:

• Commercial
• Interiors
• Healthcare
• Light Industrial
• Multifamily

Projects typically range from $5M to $75M, offering strong variety and exposure.

You’ll be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and playing a key role in driving successful project delivery.

What They’re Looking For

• 8 to 15+ years of experience with a General Contractor or Design Build firm
• Proven experience managing projects across multiple sectors
• Strong leadership and client facing skills
• Ability to run projects autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
