Program Manager – Electric Utilities (90% Remote | Kentucky)

Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of utility projects (~$200M+) for a major client. This is a 5-year engagement offering strong leadership exposure and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and help in leading Utility Company’s project portfolio
• Oversee project pipeline, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Drive performance, resource planning, and delivery excellence

Requirements

• Program Management experience within Electric Utilities
• Experience managing large-scale project portfolios
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel ~1-2x/month as needed
