BAE Systems is looking for a Program Control Analyst Sr to support customer-funded research & development programs in the FAST Labs business area, R3 Product Line. The organization is fast paced and requires a solid relationship with the program teams and internal management. Project finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. The candidate will be responsible for the financial execution and analysis of several large programs which will include planning and baseline integrity, internal reporting, Earned Value Management System and Life Cycle Management compliance, and financial salient forecasting. The individual will be expected to provide financial support, expertise and guidance to program managers, program engineering managers, and more junior members of the Finance team.

Earned Value management
Proposal pricing
Quarterly forecasting
Working with other functions to answer questions
Answering Customer Ad Hoc questions
***Please note, this role will be conducted in a Hybrid work format, with the person splitting their time both in office at the Merrimack, NH BAE sites, and remotely, from home.
The Product Line supported is R3 within FAST Labs.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment
Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines
Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policies
