Senior Production Planner

Sky Limit Systems is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer that’s embracing change and building for the future — and we’re helping them find a Senior Production Planner or operations leader to help make an impact.

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely with Supply Chain to manage production schedules, materials flow, and ERP planning. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-driven, strategic, and ready to grow into leadership as the company scales.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer and operational goals
• Align materials and capacity across operations, engineering, and supply chain
• Analyze ERP data to drive smarter, data-backed decisions
• Support process improvement and scheduling maturity initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution from plan to production

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years experience working in a fast paced regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience in production planning or scheduling (aerospace/manufacturing preferred)
• Strong ERP and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• A problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving, growth-oriented environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Motivation to advance into Master Scheduler or Supply Chain leadership roles
