Founding PMM / Product Marketing Manager
Exciting opportunity to join a well-funded and dynamic start-up as a Founding Product Marketer, you will own how the product comes to life for the market, from first impression to closed deal to long-term adoption.

Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Defining positioning, messaging, and category narrative across core buyer personas and industries
- Developing clear, compelling use-case narratives tied to real manufacturing workflows (partner enablement, CPQ, technical support, product selection, etc.)
- Partnering with Sales to build sales enablement assets
- Leading customer discovery to understand pain points, buying motivations, and language
- Building foundational GTM artifacts: website messaging, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and demo narratives.
- Acting as a strategic thought partner to founders and execs
Person Specification
Essential skills will include:
- Extensive experience specifically in Product Marketing with deep customer exposure
- Proven ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS, AI products, or complex B2B platforms (manufacturing or industrial experience is a strong plus).
- Strong intuition for messaging, positioning, and storytelling grounded in real customer value
- Start-up or early-stage experience
