Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Target Start Date: Immediately

Location Preference: Boston, MA
Onsite : Client site - Downtown Boston (Near Seaport) or Needham office, 4 days a week on-site
Interview process: 2-3 interview rounds
Must have Skills:
- Strong data orientation - Comfortable writing SQL - Solid Python experience
- BI / visualization exposure (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Not mandatory, but candidates must be willing to learn quickly (a few weeks ramp‐up is acceptable)
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
Requirements:
- Should comfortably speak to foundational investment concepts , such as:
- Equity investing basics
- Corporate actions and what those mean in practice
- What traders do day‐to‐day
- Instruments like interest rate swaps
- Philosophy is breadth over depth — strong general understanding vs. niche expertise
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles within asset management or financial services
- Strong understanding of investment management workflows across front, middle, and back office
- Comfortable with breadth over depth in asset management — able to discuss investment concepts clearly without needing deep specialization in one niche
- Proven strength in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and client‐facing communication
- Strong SQL skills with expectation of hands‐on query writing
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience participating in agile product or delivery environments
- Highly collaborative, organized, and able to work across multiple teams simultaneously
