  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle (concept through end-of-life), including performance, profitability, and evolution
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to guide product positioning and investment decisions
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and legal
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, translating requirements into product features and innovations

  • Drive go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement
  • Support and influence commercial strategy, including deal structuring, customer agreements, and revenue growth initiatives
  • Develop and expand partner ecosystems (vendors, integrators, technology partners) to accelerate adoption and market reach
  • Lead cost optimization and value engineering initiatives while maintaining product performance and reliability
  • Monitor product performance using data-driven insights and adjust strategies to improve outcomes

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related leadership roles
  • Proven success managing complex, technical product portfolios and launching new products
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts and technical product development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial execution
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the subsea, telecommunications, or related infrastructure industries
  • Background in software-enabled or hybrid hardware/software product portfolios
  • Experience developing or supporting cloud-based or platform-based solutions
  • Familiarity with evolving business models (e.g., subscription, recurring revenue, or licensing transitions)
  • Experience working with global customers and enterprise-scale programs
  • Proven ability to drive new revenue streams and partner ecosystem growth

Additional Insights

  • The previous finalist demonstrated strength in:
  • End-to-end product roadmap ownership
  • Go-to-market and pricing strategy
  • Building partner ecosystems and revenue channels
  • Supporting large, enterprise-level customer engagements
