Job Title: Lead UX Product Designer – Sales Technology
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Location: Malvern, PA 19355 (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
About the Role
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services space, is seeking a Lead UX Product Designer to drive the design of complex, high-impact sales technology platforms. This role focuses on transforming deep customer insights into intuitive, scalable, and AI-enhanced user experiences that empower sales professionals and improve business outcomes.
You will operate at the intersection of product innovation, sales strategy, and human-centered design, owning end-to-end UX for mission-critical tools used daily by sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end user experience for sales technology products, from discovery through delivery.
- Drive UX strategy and execution across complex workflows, including AI-enabled and agent-driven experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales stakeholders to define product vision, roadmaps, and priorities.
- Translate business needs and user insights into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops, journey mapping, and ideation sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and validate solutions through usability testing.
- Create high-quality UX deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Act as a UX thought leader, contributing to design standards, best practices, and system-level thinking.
- Mentor and guide other designers to elevate overall design quality and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Strong expertise across core UX disciplines: interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and prototyping.
- Proven experience designing complex B2B or enterprise applications, ideally in sales or relationship management domains.
- Experience incorporating generative AI or emerging technologies into product design.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Experience leading UX initiatives in ambiguous, large-scale problem spaces.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile or Lean environments.
- Ability to leverage research (qualitative & quantitative) to drive design decisions.
- High attention to detail and strong design craftsmanship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing tools for sales teams, financial advisors, or client-facing platforms (e.g., CRM, sales enablement tools).
- Exposure to financial services, investment products, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable component libraries.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
