Description

Senior Product Analyst. Victoria’s Secret Direct Brand Management, LLC, Reynoldsburg, OH. Responsible for supporting all day-to-day facets (concept to delivery) of highly complex and integrated digital/interactive product delivery including creative, business, and technical requirements, product scoping, quality assurance, and compliance. This role closely coordinates with key stakeholders, including marketing, merchandise planning, finance, digital merchants, digital creative production, and customer care associates. This role drives daily team scrums and day-to-day tactical execution of strategic initiatives. Execute Product Vision. Manage and direct the product life cycle of assigned products, from product definition to end of life, with direction from the Product Owner. Drive day-to-day execution with product team (tech leads, developers, UX) to ensure commitments are met. Collaborate with Product Owner and cross-functional teams to determine key product features that execute against the product vision. Maintain a detailed understanding of e-commerce systems, data, processes, and the customer experiences they drive. Partner with UX research and Customer Care to understand the Product from the customer POV. Identify key pain points and experience opportunities. Ensure quality, compliance, and performance, manage technical debt, and ensure rapid response to customer or business issues. Work closely with Product Owner and key business partners to identify, gather, document, and clearly communicate various product requirements, business use cases, and user acceptance criteria. Translate business requirements into product features and acceptance criteria. Follow Best Practices. Lead Agile Scrum ceremony and ensure any obstacles are identified and escalated. Work with the product team to execute Lean/Agile processes and ceremonies including backlog creation and grooming, UX research/prototyping, development, testing, deployment, analysis, and retrospectives. Execute A/B tests and monitor results for applicable enhancements. Create and maintain documentation for key business processes and systems. Issue Triage and Resolution. Ensure digital product is operational and meets service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor systems, communicate performance against SLAs and manage all product issues. Track and monitor issues. Identify, replicate, and document issue details. Partner with team to triage and address issues in a timely manner. Remote Work Available. Minimum Salary: $146,162.00
Maximum Salary: $153,720.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Requirements Include: Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field of study and two (2) years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or related role. Experience must include 2 years of experience with User Stores, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Behavior-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Pairing, and Automated Testing; 2 years of experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, GitHub, and Figma; 6 months of experience with product management in a direct retail, e-commerce environment; 2 years of experience creating business requirements and user acceptance criteria; 6 months of experience in Digital or Omni-Channel Product Management; 2 years of experience with Loyalty Platforms that support accrual and redemption rule management, data management, analytics, and integration with customer service applications, POS, E-commerce transaction systems and CRM systems, including Kobie, Session M, Bond, and Epsilon; 2 years of experience with Omni-Channel promotional and Coupon solutions, including XCCommerce and SAP; and 1 year of experience with Lucidchart, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Postman, Selenium, Swagger, Kotlin Studio, and TestFairy.
