Senior Pricing Analyst – Aerospace

Our client, a Global Aerospace and Defense Organization, is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be part of the Pricing & Finance Organization, supporting Aerospace U.S. and International Government and Commercial Programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to regulatory compliance, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Pricing Analyst – Aerospace
Location: 1944 East Sky Harbor Circle North, Phoenix, AZ 85034, United States
Pay Range: $40 – $50/hour (based on experience)

• Prepare FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 (TINA) compliant pricing proposals for U.S. Government, prime contractors, and non-U.S. customers.
• Support DCAA, DCMA, and prime contractor audits, fact finds, and data requests.
• Develop pricing strategies, business cases, and financial analyses to support proposals and negotiations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Contracts, Sales, Program Management, and Operations to drive revenue and margin growth.
• Provide pricing recommendations for spares, repairs, and other transactional activities.

• U.S. Citizenship only (no dual citizenship).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
• 2.5+ years of government/defense experience or 5+ years of relevant pricing/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR regulations and government procurement practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
