Senior Preconstruction Manager (Entertainment / Gaming / Hospitality)

A nationally respected, fast-growing GC is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead complex hospitality and gaming projects across the U.S. This is a front-end leadership role for someone with experience on casinos, luxury hotels, or large entertainment builds who wants a bigger voice in shaping projects.
This role is based in Charlotte, NC, with a full relocation package provided. The Carolinas are one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, with a strong and stable construction pipeline. The Role
- Lead preconstruction efforts across entertainment, gaming, and hospitality projects
- Drive budgets, GMPs, and cost strategy from concept through buyout
- Partner directly with owners, architects, and design teams early in the process
- Manage subcontractor outreach, bid coverage, and procurement strategy
- Lead value engineering while maintaining design intent and project experience
- Build and manage schedules in P6 across design, permitting, and precon phases
- Mentor and develop a growing preconstruction team
- Play a key role in client relationships and winning new work
What They’re Looking For
- 8+ years in preconstruction / estimating within hospitality, gaming, or large commercial projects
- Experience on casinos, resorts, luxury hotels, or entertainment-driven builds
- Strong knowledge of building systems, cost drivers, and constructability
- Proven ability to operate in a client-facing leadership role
