The Senior Practice Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services while maintaining high standards of patient care. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management principles.
- Responsible for selection and supervision of caregivers to deliver superior patient experience, caregiver engagement and patient outcomes.
- Arrange for role-based training.�
- Oversee staffing performance, functions, and annual evaluations.� �
- Coordinate caregiver engagement plans�
- Overall coordination and leadership of Patient Experience goals and action plans including service recovery within the practice.�
- Manage provider appointment schedules and staffing to provide patients with access to their care team.� �
- Connect physicians, APP's, and staff with resources such as training, peer support, references etc., as needed to achieve value-based outcomes goals.�
- Collaborate with providers and other leaders to achieve growth and productivity goals.�
- Coordinate with facilities management to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient physical space.�
- Implement and ensure ongoing practice of operational standards within the clinic(s).
- Educate and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis.�
- Oversee timely completion of assigned department WQs (GFE, Referral in, Follow up)�
- Monitor and manage department financials including visit volumes, insurance denials and prior authorizations.�
- Monitors and analyzes key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.� �
- Supports leadership to attain performance measurement, goal attainment, and implementation of strategies.� � �
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 5 years of healthcare or supervisory experience required.
