Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Plumbing Engineer located in Marina del Rey, California. The Senior Plumbing Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with architects, consultants, and contractors. Responsibilities also include reviewing and preparing detailed construction drawings, performing system calculations, conducting site visits to ensure accurate installations, and addressing technical challenges during project execution. The engineer will play a key role in delivering energy-efficient and sustainable building services, utilizing their expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Plumbing, Plumbing Design, and Water Supply systems.
  • Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and Building Services engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of design standards, codes, and best practices in plumbing and MEP systems.
  • Experience with project management, including overseeing designs from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and design calculation software.
  • Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient plumbing and building system designs.
  • Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is highly preferred.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
