This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing emergency response strategies and plans within an organization. This position requires a high level of expertise in crisis management, contingency planning, and risk assessment. The analyst will lead and collaborate across multiple teams both internal to the City as well as external to leads the development, coordination, and implementation of emergency response and strategic plans to ensure City is trained and prepared to handle emergencies and reducing risk. The role also involves continuous evaluation and improvement of emergency procedures and plans to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
