We are searching for a Full Time Senior Planner, Regional Planning for our apparel & retail client. In this position you will lead regional merchandise and financial planning strategies, aligning assortment plans with consumer demand, market conditions, and overall business objectives across the Americas. As Senior Planner, Regional Planning, you will:

• Lead the development and execution of regional merchandise financial plans across channels, incorporating global targets, consumer behavior, and macro trends
• Build and manage top-down regional plans that align sales targets with broader business goals
• Partner with merchandising, planning, and finance teams to ensure alignment across assortment, pricing, and financial strategies
• Provide guidance on seasonal line architecture across division, gender, category, and class
• Analyze hindsight performance (channel, segmentation, margin) and deliver actionable insights for future planning
• Identify risks and opportunities within product assortments and recommend strategic adjustments
• Collaborate with channel planning teams to reconcile top-down and bottom-up plans
• Present performance narratives and insights to leadership during monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Drive continuous improvement in assortment planning processes through data and technology

Who we’re searching for / About you:

• 2–5 years of experience in merchandise planning, financial planning, or retail analytics
• Strong business acumen with a focus on planning and merchandising strategies
• Data-driven mindset with experience translating insights into business decisions
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to cross-functional, non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau preferred)
• Familiarity with planning systems such as Blue Yonder is a plus
• Strong collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
